Do you ever get up in the morning feeling worse than when you went to sleep. Try this, make some coffee or another beverage you like the night before. The next morning when you get up, heat your drink and sip on it throughout your morning, the warmth of the drink will help that fuzzy sleeping feeling to go away. Also try eating a warm breakfast, this doesn’t mean you can’t have cold cereal, just heat the milk and then put it in your cereal. This has worked for me and I hope it works for you.
